Booking info:
The room rates are per person per day including breakfast buffet excluding tourist tax.
We charge the full amount in the case of late arrival or early departure. You can pay your room bill in cash or by EC card or credit card.

One free parking space is available per room.
Arrival before 10 a.m. not possible!

Room cleaning:
To reduce the environmental impact and minimise our ecological footprint, the rooms will NOT be cleaned once a week.

Cancellation according to AGBH [General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry] 2006:

• No cancellation fees up to 3 months before the arrival date. Your down payment will be refunded minus a handling fee of €60.00 per person.
• 3 months to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total room rate.
• 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total room rate.
• In the week before the arrival date: 90% of the total room rate.

We ask for your understanding that a reservation is only final once a no-fee down payment has been paid per room.
